WHAT IS OUR LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
At VC Dermal Clinics, we developed this loyalty membership as a way to give back to our loyal clients. The more you engage with us, the more points you will receive and the more benefits you will get out of it. To us, it’s not just about how much money you spend (yes that is part of it), you’ll also be rewarded for things such as:
- Referring new clients to us
- Uploading your positive google reviews
- Uploading social media selfies
- Sending us your before and after photos
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
- 1 point for every dollar you spend on treatments (including programs and courses)
- 1 point for every dollar you spend on products
- 30 Points for uploading a selfie on social media
- 30 Points for sharing your positive reviews on google
- 100 Points for every new referral
- We’ll also send occasional promotional incentives to you via email – so make sure you keep an eye out for them
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You automatically become members of our VC Skin Dollars Loyalty Program once you become one of our clients. You can start earning points straight away – Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. We’ll even give you a little key tag with your number on it.
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY POINTS?
You can keep track of your Skin Dollar Points by logging into the VC Dermal App or by asking one of the team members.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON SALE ITEMS?
Yes, you earn points with every purchase.
WHAT IF I PURCHASE SOMETHING ONLINE?
It will take up to 48 hours to show up on your account, but it will be there!
IS THERE A SPECIFIC VC SKIN DOLLAR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
Yes, you will be given a small key tag with a unique membership number on it.
WHAT IF YOU LOSE THE KEY TAG?
That’s okay, we will have your details on your personal file and you’ll still be able to access your points on the phone app.
