Luisa at the Berwick clinic is always enthusiastic and thorough with every step she takes when I see her for my laser hair removal appointments. She always makes sure I am happy and comfortable with each step she takes in the process. I also like that I keep the same therapist each appointment so they really get to know you and how you like things done etc.

I had facials and spot treatments done by Sam and I absolutely love the results! Sam is such an amazing technician, she takes the time to make sure that every treatment is perfect and she’s genuinely so lovely and knowledgeable I always look forward to our next session. The clinic is gorgeous and the service is impeccable.

Bad customer service. Two ladies I dealt with in particular one lady had terrible customer service, receptionist was nice and helpful. The rude lady who did my treatment was texting during it for a long period of time after being cranky with me, was like she was writing a novel about me, I found it so unprofessional, would have been better if she left the room. Ladies at Melbourne and laser aesthetic clinic were absolutely lovely to deal with so will be continuing my treatment there.

A beautiful clinic with wonderful staff. I was able to be booked in for a skin analysis and facial the next day, just before my birthday which was super helpful. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful to me. My experience in the clinic was great. A lovely, quiet atmosphere. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. My therapist is wonderful and gentle, she explained everything she was doing to my face, why and what effects it would have. I had such a lovely time and can't wait to go back for my second treatment. I also think the pricing is great here, especially for the level of service. A true gem in Berwick!

I highly recommend VC dermal, the laser hair removal treatments I have had have been excellent. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, professional and make you feel so comfortable and at ease. The staff are great at explaining procedures and very patient and take the time to really listen and answer all your questions.
