Broccoli contains a lot of antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, which help maintain skin health. Vitamin C has anti-ageing effects partly because it stimulates collagen production. Broccoli is also rich in beta-Carotene and B complex vitamins, giving your skin a natural glow and keeping it young. Moreover this magical veggie contains glucoraphanin, which converts into sulphoraphane which promotes both skin regeneration and repair, as well as protecting the skin against damage from UV exposure (but it does not replace sunscreen!). So incorporate more broccoli in your diet and see the difference!
P.S.: Broccoli actually has a lot more health virtues for the whole body, so it’s always a good idea!
