VC Dermal’s Signature Skin Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VC Dermal’s Signature Skin Subscription! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our program. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Subscription Details

Cost: VC Dermal’s Signature Skin Subscription is priced at $150 per month, equivalent to $37.50 per week, for a duration of 12 months.

Inclusions:

    • 12 x Level 1 Treatments (RRP $169 each)
    • 12 x LED Facials (RRP $99 each)
    • 5% off Skin Care Products
Subscription Period
  • The subscription period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Payments will be automatically deducted monthly from your chosen payment method.
Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.
  • Upon cancellation, all treatments, products, and services received during the subscription period will be charged at their regular retail price (RRP).
  • If the total RRP of treatments and products received exceeds the subscription payments made, you will be required to pay the difference.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription once payment has been processed for the month.
Appointment Scheduling
  • Appointments for treatments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We recommend scheduling your treatments at regular intervals to ensure optimal results.

Missed Appointments:

If you miss a treatment for any reason, you have two weeks to rebook it before the next treatment is due. Treatments cannot be rolled over beyond the 12-month subscription period.

Discount Benefits
  • Discounts on skin care products, add-ons, and other treatments are applicable only during the active subscription period.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified.
Changes to Subscription
  • We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription, including pricing and inclusions, with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.
  • Subscribers will have the option to accept the changes or cancel their subscription without penalty within the 30-day notice period.
Liability
  • VC Dermal Clinics is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products or treatments received under the subscription.
  • Clients are advised to inform their therapist of any allergies or skin conditions prior to receiving treatments.
Privacy
  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of managing your subscription and providing you with services.
