I just wanted to touch base and reach out to all our loyal, clients, friends and followers, firstly to ensure you’re all keeping healthy and looking out for each other during these uncertain times.
As a small, privately owned business, we take the health and well-being of our community very seriously and can assure you that SAFETY is ALWAYS our top priority.
It’s a changing landscape daily, but I take great pride how as a team we have adapted. We are very fortunate no cases of COVID-19 have been presented in our business. All staff have undertaken an additional COVID-19 course run by the Health Dept to ensure our already strict hygiene protocols are in place and an increased screening process for all appointments has been implemented to allow peace of mind for our clinic community.
As a small business, we are fortunate to be quick and responsive to change – so it is business as usual across all three clinics. I’m excited to launch our new online / video consultations for those in self-isolation or undertaking social distancing, which has been really well received. Our experienced dermal therapist are here to assist – we can do a virtual consultation and we send out specific products at no charge – it is all part of our home-care – self-care approach…
Please also be reminded that all VC Dermal Clinics are conveniently located in suburban areas or along the high street – not in crowded, shopping centres (enabling social-distancing to be maintained).

We appreciate and value those who are choosing to self-isolate and practice social-distancing and wish to advise VC Dermal has introduced the following initiatives (call your local VC Dermal Clinic to discuss).
- We can offer video-consultations for those in self-isolation or keeping a low-profile.
- If you’re running low on product, simply “call and collect” (we can bring to your waiting car outside our clinic).
- All orders over $100.00 can be delivered locally at no charge.
Please remember to follow best-practice in respect to hygiene and hand-washing, remember to check-in with the elderly, neighbours and loved ones – but perhaps most of all be patient and be kind.
