Apple cider vinegar is very benifical for your hair. It is rich in minerals and trace elements, such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium, which nourish your hair. Also its acidity rebalances the epiderm and scalp, which helps prevent dandruff formation. As the vinegar also removes minerals from clinging to your hair, it will also look silkier!
Ingredients:
1 litre of mineral water
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
(a couple of essential oil drops for a nice perfume)
Directions:
After having washed and rinsed your hair, pour the mixture on your hair. Hold your head down over a sink and rub the mixture into your hair a little.
You don’t need to rinse your hair again.
Don’t worry about the vinegar smell – it will go away as your hair dries.
You should repeat this action every 3rd or 4th shampoo.
